Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Offline and Digital Marketing Agency Sales Specialist to join our team. In this hard-core Business Development / Sales role, you will be responsible for acquiring clients and growing revenue for both traditional offline marketing services (e.g., print, TV, radio) and digital marketing solutions (e.g., Website, SEO, PPC, social media). You will focus on identifying and converting leads across various industries while fostering long-term client relationships. You are willing to travel, and are a go-getter.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Sales:
    – Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries, etc.
    – Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that highlight the agency’s capabilities in both traditional offline and digital marketing services.
    – Sell a full suite of marketing solutions, including print advertising, TV and radio spots, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, SEO, social media management, content marketing, websites and PPC campaigns.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management:
    – Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business.
    – Create proposals, manage negotiations, and draft contracts that meet client needs.
    – Use CRM software or Google Sheets to track leads, follow up on opportunities, and report on sales activity and progress.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    – Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
    – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication regarding their marketing goals and campaign performance.
    – Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional services based on evolving client needs.
  4. Market Research & Strategy Development:
    – Conduct market research to identify potential clients in targeted industries for both offline and digital marketing services.
    – Analyze client industries and develop tailored marketing solutions that include traditional and/or digital strategies.
    – Stay current on marketing trends and competitors’ offerings to effectively position the agency’s services.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    – Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with client objectives and are delivered on time.
    – Work with digital specialists, content creators, designers, etc. to execute marketing strategies.
    – Provide feedback to marketing teams to refine service offerings based on client feedback.
  6. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    – Monitor campaign performance, provide reports to clients, and suggest optimizations to ensure that marketing goals are achieved.
    – Track and report on key performance metrics for both offline and digital marketing campaigns (e.g., ROI, impressions, engagement, leads).
  7. Offline & Digital Marketing Expertise:
    – Develop in-depth knowledge of offline marketing techniques such as media buying for TV, radio, print, and OOH.
    – Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing (e.g., programmatic ads, video marketing, influencer marketing, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in both offline and digital marketing, necessarily within a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels (TV, print, OOH, etc.) and digital platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Time management and planning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a wide range of clients, from SMEs to large enterprises.
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar are a plus.
